These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Hrafninn Industries AB.
- General
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. - Products
Hrafninn Industries AB sells both new and used computers, laptops, monitors, and accessories such as keyboards, mice, and mousepads.
Used products are marked accordingly. Specifications and product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge, but minor variations may occur.
- Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and may include VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors in product listings. - Payment
Payments may be processed via secure payment providers such as card payments, Klarna, Swish, or other supported methods available during checkout. - Delivery
We deliver products with insured and trackable shipping. Delivery time typically ranges from 2–7 business days depending on stock availability and order volume.
If a package is not collected and returned to us, a fee of up to 20% of the order value may be charged to cover handling and logistics costs.
- Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day the product was received.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including seals, protective film, and accessories.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
The withdrawal right does not apply to:
• Software licenses or digital products
• Hygiene-related products such as headphones, keyboards, or mice if opened
- Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, we provide a one‑year warranty on our products.
The warranty does not cover:
• Software issues or installation errors
• User damage or misuse
• Physical damage
• Damage caused by incorrect power supply or electrical issues
• Consumable components such as batteries
• Normal wear and tear
• Maintenance tasks such as cleaning
The warranty becomes void if the product is opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
If a warranty claim is determined to be invalid, a diagnostic fee starting from 390 NOK may apply.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service location unless the warranty claim is approved.
- Data Responsibility
We are not responsible for data loss. Customers are responsible for maintaining regular backups of their data. - Uncollected Repairs
Products left uncollected for more than 30 days after service completion may be disposed of at our discretion. - Limitation of Liability
Hrafninn Industries AB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable Norwegian and European consumer protection laws.
